We were recommended to stay at the Quality Inn, and our experience there was genuinely wonderful. The gentleman who helped us with the booking was incredibly kind and welcoming. After having a disappointing experience at another hotel, we asked if we could see the room before committing and he was more than happy to accommodate. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The entire place is quiet and peaceful, with no noise from neighbors, which made it even more relaxing. They also offer a complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone we interacted with was polite, helpful, and informative. Not only is the stay affordable, but the overall experience was genuinely pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Great Hotel in Petaluma!! Really clean, feels safe. Quiet, for the most part…. ***My only feedback is opening the pool area earlier in the morning for adults only. After DJing for 8 hours at a wedding, I would have REALLY liked to get into the hot tub earlier, whilst people are packing out, slamming doors and letting their toddlers scream at full volume AMAZING place to stay and they have a FULL breakfast bar!
Having worked in the hotel industry I can say I always inspect room for cleanliness as a habitat. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail the housekeeper took. Neat lines on the linen, fancy folds on the towels in restroom. We had a comfortable nice sleep, and enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.
Clean motel. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy parking Great restaurants near by The only thing that could be improved is the carpeting in the room. Needs to be updated Smelled musty and was obviously dated. Priced a little high for the value.
We had booked the room via Expedia and had to cut short our trip but otherwise the stay was good. It's a quiet area where this hotel is located. It's an okay old time hotel room. The only change I saw was that there were Tesla car charging stations built newly in the campus.
If you are looking for a place that doesn't break your wallet, and are visiting the Petaluma area for a few days, I HIGHLY recommend booking a room at this hotel. Its one of the best Quality Inns I've ever been too! Excellent service, the rooms were clean and nice, especially if you can get one of the suite rooms, and the free continental breakfast is good. Worth the money!
